Redemption

• Grand Reward points can be redeemed at the minimum level of 125 earned points. Member must have 'Grand Rewards Voucher' with him to avail the benefits.
• To redeem points, the member must send a request to the Finance department. After checking available points the finance department will issue a voucher for the guest in 14 working days.
• The Member can then redeem the vouchers at the brand of their choice and buy which ever product they desire at the MRP.

Options available at 125 points

• Buffet lunch or dinner for three people at 'Cascades' at The Grand New Delhi. Benefits includes buffet meal, soft beverages and applicable taxes.
• Gift voucher worth Rs. 2,500 from the Indulge delicatessen or services from the salon at The Grand New Delhi.
• Gift voucher worth Rs. 2,500 for purchases from Shopper's Stop or Sodexo at Delhi and NCR.

Options available at 250 points
