“it” ( Italian Restaurant )
The name itself is unique “it” (Our new Italian Restaurant) opens now. The informal dining restaurant serves authentic Italian food from the town of Tuscany. Chef Alfonso Lomonanco – Italian Chef adds up to the cuisine with his “doppio sappore” (twin taste) and RECREATES ITALY IN NEW DELHI. Urban sleek interiors with a touch of smooth lighting in the background adds up to the restaurant ambience which is matched with an exceptional alfresco dining area with soft music for the ears.

Caraway (Indian Specialty Restaurant)
Indian brasserie which combines different flavors of authentic Indian cuisine with an elegantly designed unique Island Bar. Varieties of kebabs and Chef's special tandoori recipes are innovatively prepared in three open tandoor allowing guests to experience the rich flavoured aromas of this distinct North Indian style of cooking. The brasserie also offers a choice of exciting desserts.
