Grand Rewards Terms and Conditions

  • The Grand Rewards membership is free.
  • The program is not open to employees of any airlines, travel agencies or hotel employees.
  • Pooling, transferring, gifting or bequeathing of points is not allowed.
  • On receipt of the form duly filled, a Grand Rewards membership number will be allocated to each participant along with a membership user Id and password.
  • Points and awards cannot at any time be redeemed for cash.
  • If the member moves to a new company, the details must be notified to the respective account managers or the Grand Rewards manager within a week in order to avoid lapse of points. The points accumulated from the previous company will be carried forward to the new company details.
  • Any change of name or relevant information must be notified or updated online at the Grand Rewards website by logging on to your membership account.
  • Grand Rewards reserves all rights to change or modify any of the existing rules, terms and conditions, tie-ups, or duration of Grand Rewards programme with or without prior notice. All decisions in this regard will be final and binding on the members.
  • While making the reservations, identification of the name as well as Grand Reward membership number is mandatory to ensure that the reservation is credited to the member's account. Any request in this regard will not be entertained later.
  • The meals at the restaurant do not include alcohol-based drinks. The redemption vouchers would not be valid at the indicated restaurants on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
  • The vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other special promotions or schemes.
  • All gift vouchers will be valid for a time period of six months from the date of issue. All room stays and meal vouchers are subjected to availability and prior bookings.
  • Points are calculated on room revenue only (excluding all taxes).
  • Day use rooms, complimentary rooms and upgrades do not qualify for any points. Points will be awarded only on materialized and paid-for room bookings. Points are not valid for no-show, cancelled or duplicate reservations.
  • Redemptions once processed, are final and cannot be reversed.
  • Vouchers stolen or lost will not be re-issued. The Programme Centre will need to be notified in all such cases to prevent misuse of the vouchers.
  • The hotel reserves the right to admission to any personnel and their belongings as per the local law.
