Cancellation Policy – The Grand New Delhi

At The Grand New Delhi, we offer flexible and transparent cancellation terms to ensure a hassle-free experience for our guests.



1. Room Booking Cancellation

A. Standard Rooms and Suites (Deluxe Room, Premium Room, Club, Business Suite, Executive Suite, Diplomatic Suite, Presidential Suite)
Free Cancellation: Allowed up to 24 hours prior to check-in.
Within 24 hours of check-in: One night’s cancellation charge applies.
No-Show: One night’s room tariff will be charged.


2. Non-Refundable & Promotional Bookings

• Cancellations are not permitted on non-refundable rates, promotional offers, or advance purchase deals.
• Full booking amount will be retained in case of any modification or cancellation.


3. Early Departure

• Guests checking out before their scheduled departure must notify the front desk at least 24 hours in advance.
• An early departure fee equivalent to all remaining night’s stay may be charged.


4. Special Conditions / Force Majeure

• In the case of extreme situations such as natural disasters, government lockdowns, or flight cancellations, management may offer flexible options including rescheduling or partial refund, at its discretion.
