A. Standard Rooms and Suites Categories (Deluxe Room, Premium Room, Club Room, Business Suite, Executive Suite, Diplomatic Suite, Presidential Suite)
• Free Cancellation: Up to 24 hours prior to arrival – Full refund.
• Within 24 hours: One night’s retention charge will be applied.
• No-Show: One night’s room charge will be levied
• Early Departure: May incur all remaining night’s retention unless notified 24 hours in advance to be cancelled.
• No-Show: One night’s stay charged; booking will be released after 12 hours of no-show unless guaranteed.
• Bookings under special offers, flash sales, or advance purchase rates are non-refundable.
• No modification or refund allowed on such rates once booked.
• Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 30 business days via the original payment method.
• For bank transfers or offline bookings, banking details may be required.
In the event of natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies, The Grand New Delhi reserves the right to offer flexible alternatives or refunds at management discretion.
